The Oldham Academy North provides a broad and balanced curriculum for all learners.

The National Curriculum is our starting point for planning that meets the specific needs of individuals and groups of learners. When planning, teachers set suitable learning challenges and respond to learner’s diverse learning needs these include SEND and EAL students. We have the highest expectations for all students. Every teacher is a teacher of students with additional needs.

Teachers take account of these requirements and make provision, where necessary, to support individuals or groups of learners and thus enable them to participate effectively in curriculum and assessment activities.
